Woolton Picture House has been empty for too long.
A newly established Community Interest Company was set up in 2025 to raise funds for the purchase and refurbishment of the building.
We need your support to get this Art Deco gem back up and running. You can help with your skills, your time and, of course, through donating to our fundraising campaign.
The first phase of the campaign is now complete, with more than 2,500 people donating. We have raised a staggering £532,884 which can be used to begin the rennovation of the Picture House.
All donations are still welcome as we work on plans to make this community led cinema into one of the best in the World.

General Donations
Do you want to give just for the joy of giving? We need your support in many different ways. One way is to donate some money to the cinema. This could be a one-off donation or a regular monthly payment. It all helps!
What better way to leave a lasting legacy than to give £1,000 in return for a plaque on a seat in the auditorium that will be in place for the next ten years.
You can choose whatever you want to go on the plaque, a dedication to a loved one, a memory of the Picture House or a message to the thousands of people that will sit there for the next decade.
